    Should I stay or should I go?

    Hi group, I've been offered a job in Seattle area making slightly better money than I make in China with twice the time off 6 weeks annually vs 3 weeks in China. The job is the same title with slightly fewer people to manage (90 vs 130) and I will manage 1 department where I currently manage 3 departments. I came to China 6 years ago and have accomplished everything I was asked and while I was not job hunting I was contacted by a head hunter for this position in Seattle. I could easily stay here for a few more years, but in my field at my level there aren't always opportunities readily available. The new facility is nice, but there is improvements that need to be made and challenges to overcome. My current company doesn't want me to leave and has asked what would it take for me to stay. I feel so damned conflicted about it, but must decide by the end of the week.
