I live with one other roommate, a Chinese guy who works for an American multinational. He's quiet and an easy person to live with.
Rent is RMB 3000 per person per month and the lease ends on October 25, 2015 (internet is paid for through the lease, does not include utilities).
The apartment is fully furnished and the interior was renovated around a year ago, so everything is new. It is a one minute walk away from the Xinzhalu subway station on line 1 and a 10 minute walk from Renminguangchang. There are restaurants, supermarkets, banks and convenience stores within 2-3 minute walk.
Each room has AC. Bathroom has a large sink, shower and washer. Kitchen has most amenities (no oven), rice cooker, pots and pans, microwave and other utensils.
